“For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten that whoever shall believe in him shall not perish but have everlasting life”
John 3:16
First, we must recognize that we are naturally born into sin, stemming from Adam and Eve’s fall from grace in the Garden of Eden (Genesis 3). We must then ask for forgiveness and genuinely repent for our sins. Repentance means turning away from sin and undergoing a transformation from within. As we shift our thoughts, we gain a better understanding of how our actions and thoughts affect our relationship with God.

To begin, we must seek forgiveness and repent for our sins. Repentance means turning away from sin and transforming ourselves from within. As our thoughts change, we gain a clearer understanding of how our actions affect our relationship with God.
The Bible teaches that we must walk by faith and live our lives in total surrender to God. As we deepen our understanding of Scripture, we come to believe by faith that what it says is true. God is perfect and sinless; He died on the cross and rose again on the third day. He forgives and extends grace to those who follow and trust Him, allowing us to live eternally with Him.
If you have questions about salvation or becoming a Christian, we would be happy to meet with you to discuss your decision and commitment to follow Jesus through baptism.
